1. ORDER PROCESSING
1.1 All orders received by Amrick Solutions are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
1.2 Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, however there are exceptions to this as we strive to provide the best shipping services to our customers. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com
1.3 If the shipping company experiences a sudden surge of high volume orders (especially on a festive season, holidays or during a force majeure), shipments may be delayed by a few days or longer depending on the current situation.
1.4 Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, Amrick Solutions will notify you via email or telephone.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
2.1 Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed during your order checkout.
2.2 Shipping charges are only imposed for goods or items to be delivered and are not required for downloadable software or materials from our website.
2.3 We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
3.1 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped; containing your tracking number(s).
3.2 Such tracking number or AWB (Airway Bill) will be active within 24 hours upon the shipment received by one of our courier services.
3.3 You may also review such tracking number or AWB at your own discretion on the courier service website during the shipment in transit.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
4.1 Amrick Solutions is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order, if such duties are imposed by the governing customs.
4.2 All fees imposed during or after shipping are at the sole responsibility of the Buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5.1 Amrick Solutions is not liable for any products lost during shipping by the courier service as a result of their negligence.
5.2 If your goods are missing, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with them instead.
5.3 However, if you received your goods in a damaged condition, please head to our Refunds & returns policy section for further instructions on how you can file a claim for a refund or a return from Amrick Solutions.
5.4 Amrick Solutions will review each Buyer’s Refunds and Returns response on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application may be successful against the circumstances stated by the Buyer.
5.5 Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, along with your account details for verification.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
6.1 Amrick Solutions is also able to ship worldwide using the most economical courier service available such as Fedex, DHL, J&T Express, Pos Laju, etc.
6.2 Amrick Solutions reserves the final right to use the preferred courier service available at our disposal.
